Parks and Recreation

Ray Roberts Lake State park is almost 30,000 acres and includes a beautiful lake and many popular trails for hiking, biking and horse back riding.
Popular community parks include Allen Groff Memorial Park, Old City Park and Kathleen Pullen Park. The town and the surrounding area are rich with natural resources, as well as many opportunities to enjoy the natural world.
